Create the link
Dashboard → Links → New linkPaste any destination URL. The slug field pre-fills with a readable suggestion — keep it or type your own; collisions are checked as you type.

Pick the domain
New link → DomainDefault is rii.link. Verified custom domains on the workspace appear in the same dropdown. Switching later is safe — the old host 301s to the new one.

Add a routing rule
Link → Routing → Add ruleRules are if/then rows: if country is DE, go to the German page. Conditions: country, device, language, time of day. They evaluate top-down, first match wins, and the base URL is the fallback.

Watch it resolve
Link → AnalyticsOpen the short link on your phone. The click lands in the analytics pane within seconds — country, device, and which rule fired.
